Grand Chapter Bylaws

Sigma Phi Epsilon’s Grand Chapter Bylaws form the structure by which the Fraternity operates.  The bylaws spell out everything from procedure for elections to the standards to which brothers and chapters are held accountable.

The bylaws are amended every two years at Conclave by a delegation consisting mostly of undergraduate members.

Many of SigEp’s most historic decisions, from the removal of race restrictions to the creation of our greatest awards, have come about because of bylaws passed on the floor by our undergraduate delegation.
