For the average student, securing their "dream job" right out of college is no easy task, but SigEp is giving brothers the power to take control of their post-collegiate lives.

Alumni, volunteers, local business leaders and human resource professionals will lead group coaching and one-on-one mentoring sessions. The weekend will wrap up with a SigEp-exclusive career fair where you’ll have the chance to put your networking skills into action, learn about specific industries and company cultures, and meet with potential employers.
