Participate in SigEp's New Self-Assessment Tool

As a Fraternity, we believe that men are made better by being part of Sigma Phi Epsilon. Exactly how you are better because of your time in the Fraternity? What can you change today to become a better leader, communicator, or to make yourself more attractive to potential employers?

Now, through an innovative online tool, you will be able to answer these questions and assess yourself. You can see how you measure up against your peers, other SigEps, and other fraternity men. Best of all, this tool will also allow you to track your own personal growth throughout your college and fraternity experience in the following areas: (1) critical thinking, (2) self-awareness, (3) communication, (4) diversity, (5) citizenship, (6) leadership, and (7) healthy relationships.

This online tool takes only 20 minutes to complete, is totally confidential, and will provide you with an immediate personalized report.

By taking this survey, you will also help your chapter understand how it can improve programming and support to you and other members.

Complete the assessment and receive your results by doing the following:

• Activate your assessment by going to: https://sigep.achieveapp.com/uniloa/account/login
• Sign up by entering your school email address and creating a password. Check your email for confirmation and click on the link to start the online tool.
• Complete the self-assessment by answering all questions honestly.
• Upon completion, read and review your immediate personalized report.
• Share and discuss your results with your brothers.

Twenty minutes will qualify you for a free iPad. If 50 percent or more of your chapter brothers participate, the chapter is eligible for at least a $1,000 educational scholarship. To be eligible, be sure you take the assessment by December 15.
