Sigma Phi Epsilon’s housing corporation was created over fifty years ago to support the construction, renovation, acquisition, operation, and sustainability of SigEp housing. Over our 100-year history, we have continuously been reminded that quality housing is instrumental in the building of balanced men. Today, more than 170 chapters and thousands of undergraduate students across the country have a chapter house. To grow this number and continue helping our chapters provide safe and healthy homes for their members, SENH offers services in three core areas.
SigEp National Housing provides real estate management services for operational oversight of our facilities nationwide. In partnership with local AVCs and undergraduate chapters, SENH offers property insurance options, facility operations resources and direct property management through the LLC Program. For the LLC properties, SENH provides professional real estate management, and affords the volunteers an increased capacity to mentor and support the undergraduate chapter. |More
SigEp National Housing offers local AVCs and undergraduate chapters multiple financial resources. Through its investment, saving and lending vehicles, SENH provides financial support for housing initiatives nationwide. Low-interest loans are available for chapters working to acquire, construct or renovate. Savings and investment funds - the Chapter Investment Fund and the Equity Management Fund - provide chapters a means of preparing for the financial demands associated with real estate. |More
