SigEp National Housing works with local chapters and AVCs to help complete strategic housing initiatives. In collaboration with Fraternity staff, SENH can help develop new housing projects with AVCs. Our experience and relationships with architects, design engineers, construction companies, government officials and service providers have resulted in completed construction, renovation and acquisition projects across the country.

Alumni and volunteer resources

SENH conducts educational seminars at Carlson Leadership Academies and Conclave. These seminars intend to educate AVCs on the basics of property management, property operation and fundraising. Additionally, SENH provides a list of preferred service providers and vendors so that AVCs can make confident, fiscally responsible choices as they undertake renovations or new construction.
