Headquarters Staff

Headquarters Staff

SigEp’s Headquarters staff consists of over 50 full-time professionals.  The majority of the staff is based out of the Zollinger House in Richmond, Va., supporting our chapters across the country.

Chapter Success

Our team works with volunteers and executive boards to support chapter operations, including year-round recruitment and the Balanced Man Scholarship, the Balanced Man Program and BMP App, chapter self-governance, and initiatives like substance-free facilities and SigEp Learning Communities.

Expansion & New Chapter Development

Our team works in partnership with university administrators and our alumni and volunteers to re-open dormant chapters and establish new chapters on college campuses around the country. Our goal is to create an unmatched experience in the fraternity world.

Volunteer Services

Our team is responsible for working with the District Governors to recruit, onboard, support and engage SigEp volunteers. We also implement volunteer training and recognition opportunities at national leadership programs throughout the year.

Education

Our team is responsible for working with undergraduates and volunteers to provide transformative in-person and virtual education opportunities through the Balanced Man Program and SigEp Online Learning.

Our team is responsible for all of SigEp’s national leadership programs: Carlson Leadership Academy, Ruck Leadership Institute, Life After College, Tragos Quest to Greece and Grand Chapter Conclave.

Foundation

On behalf of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation, our team cultivates relationships with passionate alumni and friends who make donations to fund scholarships, leadership programs and best-in-class living-learning communities.

SigEp National Housing (SENH)

Our team supports the housing initiatives and needs of the Fraternity by providing financing, property management, property insurance and general consulting resources to SigEp Alumni and Volunteer Corporations and championing the Residential Learning Community Program.

Member Safety & Insurance

Our team is responsible for providing risk management training, education and resources to help undergraduates and volunteers create a safe and healthy environment for its members.

Marketing & Communications

Our team is responsible for the Fraternity’s public relations, strategic communications, social media, videography, storytelling and production of the Fraternity’s semiannual publication, the SigEp Journal. We support chapter vice presidents of communication in storytelling and PR.

Technology & Information Management

Our team manages the Fraternity’s technology to best communicate with our members and empower our chapters. These tools include the Balanced Map Program App, mySigEp, our database, and more.
